Well, yes, this exercise/visualization is pretty much like that EXCEPT that I highlight some focal points to really hone in on within this whole scenario. We tend to focus on 1 or 2 areas of these scenarios without even realizing it. So, I want to guide you through a mental exercise that will actually help you inside of your home spaces as it is right now.
