Being in total control of your day can actually be a little intimidating and overwhelming. So, what do most of us do when we're overwhelmed?!...Nothing. Whomp Whomp. It can lead to massive Netflix binging, mindless social media scrolling--> followed by social media debating--> that leads to deep intense rage. Or maybe you go the phone app or video game route and totally forget to move your body for hours on end. Of course, some people go in the opposite direction and structure a hyper-strict routine and system to keep everything on GO all day long. Now, maybe you're someone who enjoys a stern schedule or maybe that completely turns you off.
