Upkeep Plan

Weekly Digital Upkeep
that's it! Your week is tidy. See you next Monday.
Ten minutes before the week starts is all this takes. Begin with a glance at your Command Center to see what's coming due, then tidy the week's uploads while everything is still fresh.
- Upload new meeting notes and statements to Google Drive.
- Quick-look at this week's uploads. Stop sharing last week's files with a coworker.
- Make sure any new private additions are stored in a folder with a password.
Monthly Digital Upkeep
that's it! This month is handled.
Some things don't need to be done quite so regularly but make a big difference in keeping your digital systems functioning when you do.
- Spend 30 minutes reviewing your digital files. Delete any duplicates.
- See if Dropbox or your Macbook has an update to do.
- Run your local antivirus or optimizing software to keep things tip-top.
Yearly Digital
upkeepthat's it! Your digital life is set for the year.
Roll the Tax Year
One good afternoon covers all three of these. Create the new year's folder set, move last year's documents into it, and archive or shred anything that has aged out of its keep window.
Audit and Update
Walk your cabinet top to bottom. Merge strays and duplicates, retire what you no longer use, and refresh your Home Inventory, Warranty, and Subscription trackers while you're at it.
Prove Your Backup
Don't trust a backup you've never tested. Restore one real file, confirm your storage has room for the year ahead, and double-check who still has access to shared folders.
Your Command Center is waiting
Your Digital Life Dashboard puts the Command Center and every tool in your bundle one tap away, and this rhythm keeps it all humming.
